Located in the Campo Belo neighborhood of São Paulo, this project is proof that neutral and light tones can be both cozy and full of personality. The integration of the social area with the double-height balcony was one of the key elements of the concept, allowing the incredible view to take center stage and creating the perfect environment for hosting guests — something essential for the couple, who love opening their home to friends and family.

In addition, the space was carefully designed to meet the family’s needs, including the couple's daughter and their two French bulldogs, ensuring practicality and comfort for everyone.

The highlight lies in the Brazilian design pieces, featuring exclusive creations from Estúdio Pitô , which seamlessly combine sophistication and functionality in every detail. The landscaping was thoughtfully planned to complement the space, with a unique shelving unit and a preserved moss panel, adding charm and freshness to the environment.

The result is an elegant, welcoming, and functional duplex, where every element was designed to deliver a unique visual and sensory experience, perfect for the family’s daily life and for hosting in style.
